Omit tedious manual adjustment, greatly saving adjustment time;

The paper front and back up and down electric eye detection, the servo motor automatically corrects;

The whole machine adopts imported timing belt to rotate, with a silent design;

Adopt an automatic glue replenishment module to prevent the loss or lack of glue;

The pit paper is driven by a servo motor, conveyed by a suction belt, and compressed by air pressure. No matter how the product paper is bent, the production is still perfect.

Introduction to Setup Components

Feeder Department

The feeder head adopts the German high-speed feeder head and the front and rear side air blowers to ensure that the paper can be fed more than 10,000 sheets smoothly.

The conveying table adopts a steel plate-type paper pushing table, which is positioned on one side, and only needs to feed the entire pile of paper, without manual paper stacking or pre-stacking, saving customers 0.5 workers per day.

Equipped with double sheet detection function to avoid paper waste.

The lifting and lowering of the paper feeding table adopts optical fiber electric eye proximity switch detection to avoid electrical failure caused by frequent activation of contact switches.

Bridge transportation department

The upper and lower conveyor belts press-fit paper feeding to ensure the stable conveying of the face value.

Face paper and bottom paper adopt optical fiber detection servo tracking, the lamination accuracy is more accurate, without manual adjustment before and after.

The front and back left and right optical fiber detects the paper movement track, and the alarm stops when the paper is walking wrongly.
